However, NetSkyway may process Reseller Customer data because NetSkyway provides the infrastructure, dashboard, billing tools, provisioning, abuse handling, and related systems.
Resellers must ensure their customers understand that NetSkyway/auth.ink provides the underlying infrastructure and may process their information as described in this Privacy Policy.
We keep information as long as needed for service operation, security, support, billing, accounting, legal compliance, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, evidence, and enforcement.

NetSkyway Free server data may be deleted at any time under the Terms of Service.

No hosting service, dashboard, payment system, Discord server, or internet-connected platform is perfectly secure. We do not guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, corruption, downtime, or security incidents will never occur.
Payments, refunds, withdrawals, and chargebacks may be processed through third-party providers such as PayPal, Wise, banks, Bit/payment providers, or other supported providers.
We may store payment records, withdrawal details, profit records, credit records, bank details, PayPal emails, Wise emails, Bit phone numbers, full names, chargeback evidence, and related data where needed for billing, withdrawals, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and dispute handling.

NetSkyway Free is available to users aged 13 and older. NetSkyway Cloud is available to users aged 16 and older.
If we learn that a user is below the allowed age for the relevant service, we may suspend or delete the account and related data.
Because our providers and users may be located in different countries, information may be processed outside your country. By using the Services, you understand that information may be processed in Israel and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We may attempt to notify users of major changes by email, Discord, dashboard notice, or other reasonable method. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
